What are your hours?
Our regular hours are Monday-Friday 9-3, but can accommodate special circumstances.
Do you photography more than just portraits and events?
Do you only photograph in Northern California?
Absolutely not! Life is an adventure and we look forward to traveling new places. We are always on the go. Just ask! We might be headed your direct like to bring along our family when possible. (travel photos?)
Can we give you a shot list? Absolutely! I will collaborate with you before your session to find out any special shots you want or people of note so I can be sure they are in your images. You can email your list anytime or bring with you to the session.
Will you personally be the photographer at my event?
Yes, I will be your primary photographer. I may bring along a second shooter or assistant.
Do you bring back-up gear?
Always. I have two forms of every gear I carry in my bag, just in case.
Do you have a studio?
Yes. I have a local studio where I can meet with clients. I also use my photography studio for newborns, kids, family, glamor and corporate and executive photo shoots.
When will my images be ready?
Images are usually ready within 2-3 weeks. We will schedule a viewing session where you will view the images, pick your favorites and place your order. When the collection is completed, you will receive an email with a link and a password to view your gallery collection. At any point during those 2 weeks, you may place your print order with us via email or phone.
What is needed to reserve a photo session?
A signed contact and paid session fee.
How do we proceed from here?
Contact me via the contact form, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or feel free to call me at 858.255.1011 with the date and location you are interested in. Normally, you can expect to hear a response within 24 hours.
When is payment due?
Session fees non-refundable and are due at the time of booking to secure your date. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card. If we are forced to reschedule for illness or weather that we cannot photograph in, your session fee will apply to the rescheduled date.
